Diet and training, the interview with Fran Pignatti (Iron Manager)

Today on Dcomedieta we address a crucial topic, that of diet and training, and we do it with a special person who granted us this mega-interview. I’m talking about Fran Pignatti , better known as The Manager with the Passion for Iron: natural bodybuilder, recently become vegan, Fran is a very interesting and open-minded person, not just an athlete and a professional, who has been trying to demonstrate through his example how passion and motivation can work miracles, even with little time available and despite a busy life. While working as a manager in a multinational company, Fran is an International Fitness Coach, and has 12 competitions under his belt! Not only: has published texts that have been of great help to all the people who, starting from scratch, wanted to try their hand at physical activity and the right diet . From Filetto , a complete program for muscle development, to Smart Cut, designed for those looking for a body recomposition and weight loss program up to the Smart Swaps food guide for healthy and “fit” cooking, which I have already told you about here … and for those of you readers who are interested, a discount is reserved at the cash desk (SWAPS50)!

So we ask him the questions you often ask me about diet and training.
Get comfortable because now let’s learn a little something!

1) Fran, you have a job that keeps you very busy, yet you not only train, but you are in great physical shape and you teach others to achieve their goals: many readers tell me they don’t have time to exercise in general , are there valid solutions for those with work and family?

Planning, discipline and motivation. Whether when I’m traveling abroad or after a full day workshop, I always plan my days making sure to dedicate a fraction of my day to training, to recharge my batteries and to continue my path of Physical Culture. Consistency and perseverance are the most important qualities in this discipline, not what you do in a day or at a particular time of day. A healthy path of Physical Culture is built over time, learning from one’s mistakes and successes, always trying to improve ourselves, physically and mentally(You vs. You). My entire path of physical culture has been centered on finding a healthy balance between my professional obligations and my passion for bodybuilding. Hence the origin of my online avatar, IRON-MANAGER. Each of us inside can be an IRON-MANAGER: planning, discipline and motivation are the basis of everything.

CHALLENGES are the thing that motivates me the most. I can’t understand how some people always find excuses not to go to the gym or just move around. You don’t need to be a professional athlete to take care of yourself, your health and your well-being.

The sporting achievement of which I am most proud was to face the preparation for several races and to be on stage as many times despite my hectic life and a demanding job. In the last 4 years I have managed to transform my body from “fat to fit” or as I say “From Tortello to Torello” and to win some Natural Bodybuilding competitions.
