Diet and training: the following are true (and funny)

Today I’m going back to talk about James Fell , pt and independent researcher who on his “ Body for wife ” page is committed to creating solid but alternative (usually funny) content on the thorny theme of diet and training. I like Fell because he is the opposite of the textbook personal trainer, despite being a very good coach : he is not attached to dogma (no coach says he is, they all talk about science), he doesn’t talk all the time about supplements, he doesn’t talk about “no pain no gain ”, he does not make any rhetoric about well-being, about obesity as a disease, and so on.

Which I assure you is already a lot, it is the classic needle in the haystack.
Today we see some things that are absolutely true in terms of diet and training , summarized perfectly by a post by James Fell that you can find here .
Why am I talking about it? Because on the internet we are flooded with people who say exactly the opposite to sell you their weight loss program.

1) Calories Matter to Lose Weight
2) Selling Smoothies Doesn’t Make You a Coach
3) Girdles Don’t Melt Belly Fat
4) Most Supplements Do You makes an expensive pee
5) The liver and kidneys do all the detox work your body needs
6) Exercise is not a penalty to pay
7) Choose a diet you can stick to
8) Models in those photos are not in the least like this
9) Organic is a marketing trick
10) Doing cardio is different from weight training: there is no one thing better than the other
11) Sugar is neither toxic nor addictive
12) Making fun of someone does not help them lose weight
13) Most people have no problem with gluten
14) Oils are not “essential”
