Diet, an app insults you to make you lose weight
The technique of insulting people who want to lose weight, or achieve any other result in terms of competitiveness, is a psychological strategy that I never agreed with, but that is as old as the cuckoo. Those who apply it say that humiliating someone to get them to get results worksespecially with those people who tend to be giving up, show little ambition, little competition, are lazy or don’t work hard enough. Just as in some television programs that touch reality there are starred chefs who scream at the participants, or personal trainers who urge those who have to lose weight by screaming that they are fat, or coaches who give baby food to those who do not perform an exercise correctly, even in life. real you can come across dieticians, doctors, personal trainers and anything else who will try to humiliate you and treat you badly to make you lose weight and make sure you stick to a program.
In short: being told that we are fat, we suck, we are too low or we are nothingaccording to some educators it is the right strategy to wake us up and force ourselves to confront our mistakes, rather than failures. I obviously disagree, but apparently technology follows this trend.
In short: if you are one of those a bit masochistic, and you need some whiplash, Carrot Hunger or Carrot Fit are for you!
