Back from vacation, many people ask me why they gained weight .
If I think he’s fat, that is, if they’ve actually gained weight, if changes in holiday habits and lifestyle have had a say in a general sense of heaviness and bloating and a couple of extra pounds.

DIET AFTER HOLIDAYS: YES OR NO?

Personally, I wouldn’t worry about it .
If we’ve been on vacation and walked a lot, those two pounds are the result of an increased buildup of water and sugar that swelled the muscles.

If, on the other hand, we have been on a relaxing holiday, on the beach all the time, at sea, and in short, we have had a beach life, perhaps sunbathing, even this sunbathing can cause temporary water retention .

As a rule, to lose weight it is enough to resume your daily routine, pay a little more attention to the diet, and maybe take the opportunity to join the gym and change our habits for the better.

However, if before going on vacation we had a drastic diet , what we have gained is weight, as a result of the fact that our metabolism has slowed down. A good opportunity to avoid a return diet that stresses us even more , put your head in order and have a healthy and nutritious diet, as natural as possible, associated with the gym or other activities.
