Detox smoothies: a great way to nourish yourself and at the same time lose weight by purifying the body.
I found this detox smoothie recipe on the SkinnyMS blog and with a few tricks I make it mine.

It is a smoothie, or one of those velvety detox smoothies, in this case with fruit and vegetables, which promises to be able to detoxify and cleanse us from excesses.

Excellent if we want to lose weight, just drink it once a day to significantly deflate.

Detox smoothie ingredients

  • An organic green apple with the skin, granny smith type
  • The juice of one lemon
  • A cup of rocket
  • 1 stick of celery
  • Three tablespoons of parsley or rocket or spinach
  • A tablespoon of flax or chia seeds
  • 1 large pinch of cinnamon
  • A teaspoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
  • 250 ml of water
  • 2-3 ice cubes

Instructions for making the Cleanse & Detox smoothie

  • Put all the ingredients in the blender, pour into a glass (the dose is for about half a liter of smoothie) and drink it in the morning, in order to accelerate the purifying action of the body and improve digestion and metabolism.
