Dcomedieta #tips, the tips for weight loss for the 4th week
With delay for the holidays, here are the tips for losing weight from Dcomedieta for the fourth week: follow all these tips to the letter to lose weight without a diet but using common sense and a few little tricks that more than one study has highlighted as useful for weight loss.
In this last article there are two recommendations to follow:
1) Move more instead of eating less: it is irrefutable that, calories or not calories, to lose weight we need to create an energy deficit, or introduce less energy resources than we consume. This can be done in many ways, and not just by cutting calories. On the contrary: cutting calories, if not done well, can lead to a progressive lowering of the metabolism and this is exactly what happens to those who continue to do low-calorie diets for months and do not lose a pound.
Instead, it would be enough to learn an important lesson: reducing sedentary lifestyle also reduces the waistline and increases life expectancy. There is no point in walking for an hour a day if we are lying down or in bed during the other 23 hours. This thing is of fundamental importance. Stay up for more time, walk frequently, take the stairs to get home, sign up for a gym or a dance class. Movement must be daily.
2) Increasing the intake of antioxidant foods helps metabolism:Â foods rich in antioxidants not only help to counteract the problems associated with aging, but also the metabolism and the immune system.
Among the foods rich in antioxidants we find citrus fruits, red fruits, chocolate, wine, grapes, vegetables with vitamin C, some spices such as ginger and turmeric, green tea.
Before going to sleep try to take this juice to fill up with antioxidants: blend a cucumber with half or a cup of water (depending on whether you want the smoothie more or less thick), a tablespoon of 100% aloe vera juice , a spoonful of lemon juice, a generous handful of parsley or coriander. If you don’t have pressure problems, you can add a small piece of fresh ginger zest. Anyone who wants can sweeten the drink with stevia. Aloe lowers blood sugar and has a mild laxative effect,  cucumber is a draining agent, while parsley and lemon are rich in vitamin C.
