Cut calories with these 30 low calorie foods
How much do we know about low calorie foods that can help us eat and stay fit? We generally think that all fruits and vegetables have fewer calories than other foods, which is partly true : generally vegetables have very few calories, fruit travels around an average of 45 calories per hundred grams.
Here, however, I reveal to you a list of thirty foods that travel under 40 calories and that we can eat several times a day to stay fit and above all satiated, instead decreasing the rations of more caloric foods, such as pasta, cured meats, meat, cheeses.
I’ll give you an example: you can stew up to half a kilo of fennel cut into thin strips in a teaspoon of oil, add chilli, an anchovy, garlic, parsley, capers and two or three chopped green olives. Season 40 grams of wholemeal pasta with this vegetable instead of your normal serving of white pasta. You will have obtained a very satisfying and savory dish at only 250 calories
