Cucumber slimming smoothie

SLIMMING CUCUMBER AND FENNEL SMOOTHIE
Half a cucumber without peel
A quarter of fennel
A glass of unsweetened pineapple juice or organic apple juice (200 ml)
Fresh mint (optional)
Cinnamon (optional)
A very minimal pinch of salt, preferably whole grain
A teaspoon of chia seeds
A teaspoon of lemon juice
Half a teaspoon of organic honey Blend all the ingredients well: the chia seeds will make the mixture of this slimming smoothie thicker, and will allow you to have a very light and draining breakfast for less than 200 Kcal. Also ideal for those who go for a run or train in the morning on an empty stomach , perhaps avoiding honey in addition.
