And more or less everyone to get to this goal we thought we would do some nonsense. In short, to win easy.
You cut calories, cut carbohydrates, you have hellish gym sessions eating nothing, or you get the first crash diet based on a single fruit, or minestrone and do it for 3, 4 days, or even something more extreme: a nice detox based only on juices, with the addition of some laxative,to make sure we have colic that drains us like no two kilos in a day and a half.
But at some point temptation gives way to wisdom. We know that then the pounds come back. We know that nervous hunger increases. We know that we are hurting ourselves, and then our health presents us with a small salty coin . So why do we do it?
Why are we human? Why do we hope to get away with it? Why do we hope that some unknown chemical reaction in our body will be different this time?

1) Detox:
 but will it make sense then? But will it be true what doctors scream in our ears, that the liver and kidneys do the dirty work? The answer is yes. The detox doesn’t make any sense. Good habits yes. Thinking of gorging yourself for a whole year and then settling for 3-4 days of smoothies is a tricky trick. (continued on page two)
