Compulsive hunger, two women won it like this

These two women, interviewed on Today in the Fit Club program  are two emblematic cases of the different faces of compulsive hunger : on the one hand, 50-year-old Lora Crider , who managed to lose over 50 kilos only after facing the problems related to her happy marriage ( and divorcing): from that moment on, the nervous hunger that accompanied her became less pressing and with a points diet, therefore low-calorie and balanced, she finally lost weight. Her case teaches us how those who want to lose weight but suffer from nervous hunger must resolve the sources of emotional frustration in order to improve their relationship with food: for example by talking to someone, or facing unresolved situations. The other case is in her forties Almetria Turner, who learned to eat better and exercise to lose weight, instead of the many disposable diets: she thus lost almost 80 kilos and defeated her compulsive hunger by training.
