Clean up your diet in summer for effortless weight loss

Eating the same things all year round is perhaps  the worst thing we can do after eating too much: every season has its own diet, not only for fruit and vegetables, but also for certain dishes, and why not , certain snacks. If in winter and autumn we eat more chocolate, nuts, soups, meat stews and meat preparations, with the summer it is better to change strategy to effortlessly lose those winter kilos we have taken . And we can do it simply by varying our diet, without particular plans, strategies, doses to weigh. Here’s how to cleanse your diet of winter excesses and lose weight effortlessly in the summer.

1) EAT RAW: we make sure to have more than five portions of fruit and vegetables, preferably raw except for some vegetables. So ok tomatoes, peppers, carrots, courgettes, onions, champignons, fennel, cucumbers, radishes, celery, various salads, but also oat flakes or sprouts, for example. We begin the meal with a large plate of raw vegetables for lunch and dinner, accompanied by a sauce of yogurt, lemon, a hint of mustard, a teaspoon of oil.
2) FLAVOR WITH FRESH AND DRIED HERBS:Fresh and dried aromatic herbs are a real panacea: they not only give aroma to our dishes, but allow us to take on many mineral salts. With the summer, we opt for some mix of fresh or dried herbs that we can use in baked vegetables, in meatballs, with legumes. 3) SIMPLE COOKING: just lasagna and ragù. With the summer we focus on the quality of food and choose simple cooking, such as steamed, baked or grilled, but also with salt. In this way we will reduce the consumption of oil to what little we can add raw, with a simple spoon. 4) GO WITH THE DETOX WATERS:

let’s leave the honey-sweetened herbal teas alone, and cut some sugars, at the same time drinking more, thanks to the detox waters: mineral waters in which we insert slices of organic lemon or orange, mint leaves and basil, celery, cucumber and slices. Also good are the peels (for example of apple or citrus fruit, but only if they are organic and untreated) which mineralize the water and contain elements that stimulate weight loss.
5) Yes TO COCOA, LESS THAN CHOCOLATE: everyone likes sweets full of chocolate, but they often have a high sugar and fat content. Better than bitter cocoa, less caloric, which we can add to low-fat yogurt with sweeteners for a low-calorie dessert, or sprinkle sparingly on porridge.
6) YES TO SMOOTHIES, NO TO DRIED FRUITS: nuts are a winter and calorie snack. Better a smoothie made with 80% vegetables and 20% vegetables, like this: blend half an apple with a cup of raw spinach, a wedge of raw fennel, a little stevia, a cup of rice milk or water.
