Chuando Tan’s diet of youth, 52 years old

Chuando Tan , photographer and model by profession, is 52 years old, but looks around 30. And he says that diet in his case does 70 percent of the work, lifestyle and genetics only 30 percent. This Singaporean model , in fact, has become famous for showing far fewer years than he is, in such an impressive way that he looks like a boy.

But what is the secret of her youthful appearance?
As I anticipated, Chuando explained the importance of a very healthy diet, with attention to proteins and based on a few, simple foods, mostly natural and not too elaborate.

CHUANDO TAN’S YOUTH DIET

Photographer Chuando Tan’s youth diet is very basic, and revolves around hydration of the body. At breakfast Chuando in fact claims to eat six whole eggs or 12 egg whites, the equivalent of about 300 grams of egg whites, with a glass of milk, an avocado and blueberries.
During the day, Chuando drinks more milk, and mostly eats chicken breast as a protein source.
However, he avoids other fats other than eggs and avocado, eats fruit and vegetables but limits the rest of the carbohydrates to a little rice or a plate of noodles (vermicelli) to be accompanied at most with grilled fish or stewed meat.
The only concession to this diet: ice cream, which he eats occasionally.
Another occasional snack is about 10 almonds.
For the rest, a lot of water, no coffee, no tea, no alcohol and the last meal, the evening one, consumed practically in the late afternoon, as he fasted for 7 hours before going to bed.
He sleeps no less than 6 hours a night, and does physical activity, including swimming and other sports, for 90 minutes a day.
