Cheesecake light by the glass: healthy and top breakfast!

Every now and then I write an article with some ideas for a breakfast that is delicious but also healthy, and especially in summer and spring, the light cheesecake is one of my favorites. I suggest two variations by the glass: one very fast and one that requires a few minutes of cooking. These light cheesecakes are both delicious and complete in nutritional values, but above all they are real dietary sweets with which to start the day very well!

CHEESECAKE LIGHT WITH WASA (OR RUSHED SLICES)
For a portion by glass:
2 wasa slices or two wholemeal rusks

50 ml of orange or pineapple or apple juice without added sugar + 2 tablespoons of water and a teaspoon of Truvia
150 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt or skimmed quark
100 grams of fresh fruit including: peaches, strawberries, red fruits, cherries, apricots, medlars, a level teaspoon of honey and a large spoonful of Truvia cinnamon powder or a mix of cinnamon and ginger powder aroma of your choice: lemon, vanilla etc. Procedure:

work the skimmed Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of honey and the truvia plus the chosen aroma. Aside, coarsely crumble the rusks or wasa and cut the fruit into pieces after peeling. In the bottom of the glass, first put a layer of wasa or crumbled rusks and sprinkle them with the diluted and sweetened juice. Pour half of the fruit and half of the yogurt mixture over it. Repeat the operation up to the edge of the glass, then finishing with the yogurt. Sprinkle with cinnamon or spice mix and keep in the fridge overnight covered with plastic wrap. Enjoy in the morning.
