Can there be interactions between different herbal remedies?

Hi, I have a question about taking some herbal remedies. I am currently taking the mother tincture of ” devil’s claw ” for joint problems, but during this period I cause anxiety I also have difficulty sleeping and wake up frequently. Can I also take Escolzia mother tincture before going to sleep or can there be reactions with the other remedy? Thank you

Hi Barbara, the escolzia is actually also an excellent painkiller as well as having properties on the nervous system, so it could test it for both problems, personally I would not take the devil’s claw and the escolzia, if you want to continue with the davolo claw could use passionflower in the evening for insomnia. Or you could take the resque remedy (ready-made preparation of Bach flowers) for insomnia is very functional and does not interact with any product. Good day

Barbara good evening, passionflower has a good anxiolytic effect but it is rather mild to use against insomnia . I recommend organic silicon for your joints both orally and as a spread or gel. For insomnia and consequent anxiety, witania somnifera is excellent and also produces a flaming action in addition to those mentioned above. The siliconit has no contraindications and also acts on the nervous level so I would say that it is a good product. The only caution is to take other drugs or supplements at least an hour away. Excellent synergy Resque remedy + these remedies. Last but not least it’s okay to do some physical activity (if your joints allow) which produces a fabulous anti-anxiety effect. Best regards Cinzia Zedda
