Boosts metabolism by reducing stress
One of the reasons why we do not lose weight and above all we do not lose weight, that is, we do not lose excess fat, is stress . Stress is our greatest enemy for both metabolism and health. Metabolism and health are obviously linked to a double loop: if we have a slow metabolism or slowed down by constant attempts to lose weight, our health will not be that great either. We may never have a cold or the flu, for example, but when we feel bad, ours is more of a meltdown than a few days of fever; we have constant cold, we digest badly, we have incredible mood swings, hair that tends to fall out, skin dull, dry or too oily, we think we are intolerant to any food, in the morning we do not want to get out of bed, good mood has abandoned us for a long time, we easily lose concentration, we tend to retain excess fluids, we are irregular, if we are women having periods has become a bet, if we are men our sexual desire has gone to bless.All of these are symptoms of a slow metabolism, which result in a bad health situation  that could be resolved or greatly improved if only we were less stressed. Stress hormones in fact reduce the metabolism making us assimilate more sugars and fats, so a simple way to have a faster metabolism is undoubtedly to act on stress, reducing it. According to The Nourished Metabolism website , we can improve our health and increase our metabolism by doing these simple things:
1) We sleep more : we spend more hours in bed, going to sleep half an hour earlier and avoiding all work activities (but also the gymnastics) after dinner. 2) Let’s not practice too much
3) We eat real food : a diet that is as natural as possible increases immune responses and helps the intestine. On the other hand, it raises the metabolism.
4) Let’s do less tiring activities:Â instead of doing cardio, let’s sign up for a yoga or pilates class.
5) We avoid food restrictions and eat a balanced diet:Â restrictive diets are friends of stress and enemies of the metabolism.
6) Via the chemistry:in addition to a more natural diet, we avoid exposing ourselves too much to various types of chemical agents. We choose natural cosmetics and organic products also for home care and personal hygiene.
7) More open air:Â walking more outdoors will allow us to take advantage of the sun to reduce stress.
