Bloated stomach, a trick to eliminate it

200161446-001There is a very easy trick to get rid of stomach bloating and drop some stomach (and even lose weight), especially if we are not taking any medications, we are more or less stressed (stress free seems to ask too much) and we have a swollen stomach and ailments after eating: knowing ourselves. It’s a very, very simple thing to do, which I do on myself and which I absolutely recommend , obviously doing it intelligently.
But first a quick premise : every time we eat, we often eat out of duty, for what we believe is a correct diet, forgetting two essential things to eliminate the belly and stomach swelling but also and partly overweight and our bad relationship with food.

The two things are: one, listen to our body. Two, be moderate with food.
The first is the trick I talk about in the title. Whenever we eat, we can easily write down the reactions that a certain food triggers in us after eating it . The reactions absolutely to be avoided after a meal are:
– a sense of bloating and heaviness
– drowsiness and sudden fatigue
– excessive intestinal gas and fermentation
– decreased mood and concentration
– water retention
– regularity problems
– skin rashes, swelling of the lips, tongue, neck
It goes without saying that in the latter case you are allergic or intolerant to a food. But even the precedents are alarm bells not to be underestimated. If for a week or two we tried to vary the diet as much as possible, we would understand that we are different from each other, and that our body if trained can make us understand how to eliminate the belly and stomach swelling and even a few pounds, simply discarding the foods that give us adverse reactions. So I discovered that I cannot eat barley and that instead I tolerate red rice very well. So no barley. As in my case, no pizza. And no fruit yogurt.
There aretwo things to consider to put this trick into practice: rather than completely eliminating certain foods, it is a question of favoring those that make us feel better in the stomach, but also in terms of concentration and mood . Mind it: we can tolerate a packet of chocolate chip cookies well in the short term (immediately after eating them) and feel faintly euphoric (it’s the sugar). After half an hour, however, we will feel down in the dumps, after an hour we will be hungry and we will tend to feel more swollen and eager for more cookies or pizza or chips. It’s the sugar.
How to understand if a food is good for us?None of the above conditions occur within one day of digesting food and no earlier than half an hour. We also feel more deflated and energetic, focused and without mood swings.
When I said to use this trick with intelligence, it is to not hear things like “all vegetables make me sick”: it is not a way to exclude entire categories of foods! It is a way to get a clearer idea of which foods to prefer in our diet.
It’s an absolutely simple and honest thing, a dirty old trick, but do it. If you vary foods for a while and try new ones, then write down how you feel, you may discover amazing things about yourself. From there, choosing a diet that will then make you lose weight is a breeze.
