Bloated belly, the foods that cure you
There are people who eat and, depending on what they eat, they can have a bloated belly simply due to some food combinations that cause momentary intestinal fermentation , or to some foods in particular. If legumes are not treated before being cooked, for example by soaking them, changing the cooking water often and so on, anyone will have a bit of a bother eating a plate of beans, for example. Or again, after having eaten in an abundant and varied way, for example at a restaurant, anyone feels heavy, and this heaviness is an effect of “complicated” digestion.
That said, there are people who suffer from belly bloating almost constantly:they are much more sensitive than others to the digestive effect of some foods, their stomachs are more deflated only in the morning (just when many hours have passed since the last step) and gradually suffer complications from lunch to after dinner. This sensitivity can occur in the presence of a pathological or compromised condition in the intestine, or for intolerances, so you have to pay much more attention to what you eat, when, how much and even how you chew.Â
