After rumors, images and benchmarks, Black Shark , Xiaomi’s gaming division, officially presented Black Shark 2, the new generation gaming phone. Based on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 platform  , Black Shark 2 offers up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.1 internal memory (not expandable). There is also a liquid cooling system that guarantees heat dissipation and covers all areas. In the data released by the company there is talk of a reduction in temperature of 14 degrees compared to that of the CPU, which represents the best result in the sector.

Black Shark 2 supports fast charging at 27W with values ​​that allow you to play for 30 minutes in just 5 minutes and the integrated 4000mAh allows you to recharge and play at the same time by exploiting the effective internal heat dissipation. The display is a 6.39-inch  AMOLED   with Full HD +   resolution  and a 19.5: 9 ratio. Being a gaming phone, there is a dedicated button that allows the instant deactivation of notifications and the optimization of the processor in order to immerse yourself in the best Android titles. Finally, the company has also designed the antenna system in order to adapt it to players: the X arrangement allows you to have no connection problems even when holding the smartphone with two hands.

The  Xiaomi Black Shark 2  is available in the following configurations, complete with prices:

• 6/128 GB – 3199 yuan (approx. € 419)
• 8/128 GB – 3499 yuan (approx. 459 €)
• 8/256 GB – 3799 yuan (approx. 498 €)
• 12/256 GB – 4199 yuan (approx. 551 €)

As for the colors, the  Shadow Black  will be present for the first three variants; the splendid  Frozen Silver version  can only be purchased with the 8/256 GB model while the  Mirage Blue version  comes in 8/128, 8/256 and 12/256 GB sizes.
