Birch sap: better mother tincture or glucerine?

Birch sap: better mother tincture or glucerine?

Hello, I have been using Dr. Giorgini as a diuretic / draining and with excellent results but less evident since the hydroalcoholic compound was replaced by that in glucerine. Is it my impression or is there a different effectiveness? In case I’m willing to change brands and switch back to the mother tincture. Thanks to those who will be able to inform me about it! Giovanna

Hi Giovanna. Before understanding whether birch without glycerin is less effective, a couple of factors need to be ruled out. First you need to know that alcohol-free birch keeps for less time, so if you use the same package a few months after opening it will be less effective. Finally, it should be considered that birch, being an energetically cold plant, if used in periods such as winter can reduce the draining effect. Hoping to have been useful to you, I remain available for further advice. Good day
