Belen’s diet
How does Belen keep fit?
Is there a Belen diet?
I thought I would never write such an article on my blog, for two reasons.
The first, quite trivial, is that I am not very interested in the “behind the scenes” of local and international VIPs , but I am more interested in how they become a model to follow for thousands of people.
For example: how many people want to lose weight or do they also make cosmetic adjustments to look like a VIP?
How much do mass media models, including social media, affect our body image?
The second reason concerns Belen.
Belen is beautiful in her own right, let’s face it, I guess she has never been overweight, while I prefer to talk about people, maybe ordinary people, who, however, have won a fight with their extra pounds, they start from difficult situations but closer to us.
A family to support, some financial constraints, little time available, health problems and so on.
However, an article that appeared in the Corriere Adriatico made me realize that I was wrong.
In the article Belen says that she does not diet, but plays a lot of sports , and in particular she is a fanatic of crossfit.
She adds that in her opinion, physical activity is essential for staying in shape.
Therefore a real Belen diet does not exist.
But it’s more of a sport-oriented lifestyle.
Which is not only true, but confirms the reaction that many of you will have to the news that the beautiful showgirl is hiding something.
Guy.
No, she will definitely do some slimming treatments.
She says he doesn’t diet but maybe eats chicken and vegetables from morning to night.
She may not be on a diet, but with the money she has, she has a lot of doctors prescribing special things for her.
On the contrary, Belen in my opinion tells the truth.
Clearly between its economic possibilities and ours there may be some aesthetic treatments in the way.
But a healthy, active, physically active life does eighty percent of the work, believe it or not.
This is also confirmed by this study.
Rich and wealthy people are careful about their diet and exercise. Instead the poorer ones tend to believe that there is always “something underneath”, they rely on last minute remedies, paradoxically spend more money to try supplements, buy particular foods or pills or slimming clothes and other devilry.
In short, the body from this point of view is democratic.
We may genetically have more or less predisposition to the accumulation of body fat (which has yet to be ascertained), but we all need to have a healthy diet and physical activity to be in shape.
And don’t follow the diet of Belen or some other VIP, hoping that there is some secret that makes it special.
