Barbara d’Urso’s antioxidant diet
Other than Madonna! Barbara d’Urso is 59 years old and looks at least ten younger (and trust me I met her once in a show): what will be her secret? An antioxidant diet, rich in fruits and vegetables. She explains it in an interview on Dipiù, the weekly, to sponsor her latest book, ” How old are you ?” (Mondadori editions).
Thanks also to many secrets acquired over time (and let’s face it, genetics have a lot to do with it) and to an anti-aging diet of which d’Urso gives a fairly precise description, so as to allow you to briefly describe the its antioxidant diet , useful for staying fit and young if not always, as much as possible.
Let’s see it together
THE ANTIOXIDANT DIET OF Barbara d’Urso
Before breakfast:Â drink half a liter of water at room temperature and a glass of aloe juice
For breakfast:Â a slice of wholemeal bread, a natural yogurt and a juice of red turnips, carrots and honey .
Snack:Â a handful of red fruits or a dozen almonds or hazelnuts
Lunch: wholemeal pasta or brown rice (if you want to keep fit, 60 g) with finely chopped raw seasonal vegetables and a tablespoon of raw olive oil. A portion of 120/150 grams of fish or a hectogram of tofu with a side dish of steamed vegetables, aromatic herbs and spices, a little raw oil.

Advice : drink at least two liters of water a day. Salt as little as possible. Avoid milk and dairy products, fried, sugar.
Do an hour of activity every day, or at least half an hour of brisk walking (d’Urso does ballet every day and pilates once a week).
