Bananas light ice cream: 80 calories each

An easy-to-make and very tasty ice cream? Try the light banana ice cream.

A low-calorie and tasty alternative that can serve as a hunger breaker but also as a snack for children. You can also customize the recipe for these ice cream bananas with very few extra calories.

Each stick contains 60 calories, if customized as described it reaches 80.

Bananas light ice cream: 80 calories each

For two people.
Two sticks of ice cream or two skewer sticks
A not too ripe and beautiful large banana of about 150 gr (peeled weight).
A tablespoon of non-fat Greek
Stevia yogurt to taste

To customize the ice cream bananas.
Ten grams of slivers of almond or grated coconut or grated dark chocolate or ten grams of chopped hazelnuts or two tablespoons of puffed rice type chocolate cereals.

In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the stevia. Divide the banana into two halves horizontally. Insert the toothpick or stick into each half banana and pass the half banana into the yogurt.

Personalize with one of the ingredients of your choice and place the two bananas in the freezer on a sheet of baking paper. They are ready after about an hour.
