Are there any plants that regulate estrogen?
Hello, I suffer slightly from low estrogens and I would like to know if there is a plant that can regulate them, in order that they do not become too high as I know that the risk of breast cancer is very high. I am 40 years old and I am not pre- menopausal . Waiting for your kind reply. Best regards, Libra01

Good morning dear scala01, there are phytotherapics able to help you but taken alone without balancing some rules of “life”, they are of little use. Although I do not know anything else about her, I can recommend the intake of soy-based foods on a very general level but making a sensible use of them, favor meals rich in fruit and vegetables (legumes, crucifers …) accompanied by fish (omega three), flax seeds . Essential fatty acids are necessary for a good hormonal balance. Do constant but moderate physical activity, avoid smoking and stress. As a supplement it is useful to use agocasto and sage in OE but the dosages and compatibility are to be verified with your personal case. Best regards Cinzia Zedda naturopath – iridologist-reflexologist -mindfulness
