????????????????????Now you ask yourself: what the hell is an anti-inflammatory diet if I’m not inflamed anywhere? And, in fact, an anti-inflammatory diet is a prevention diet , a healthy regimen absolutely in line with proper nutrition. If we ate correctly, that is in a healthy and varied way, talking about an anti-inflammatory diet would be completely useless : we would already eat a lot of fruit and vegetables every day, we would make a controlled use of alcohol with a good glass of wine at meal, we would have abolished sugars and industrial products, limited sausages, refined products, we would be converted to wholemeal. But no. Instead we eat a little bit as it happens, with the consequence thatthen we go in search of the anti-inflammatory or detoxifying diet of the case , hoping that in a single blow we can be able to cleanse the body of years of extravagance and a bit of indifference (from the series: massì, magno, who cares!). So, first of all, it is good to know that proper nutrition is already an anti-inflammatory diet in and of itself. We now come to the crux of the matter: inflammation of what?Did you peel your knee? No. for inflammation in this case we mean an inflammatory state of the whole organism, responsible in the long run (ie: if ignored), of possible chronic diseases (ie an increase in their risk). What are the signs of this inflammatory state? Weakness, swelling, water retention (and cellulite), circulatory problems, indigestion, fever and so on. Obviously, it is one thing to have a fever if we have the flu, another is to have an inflamed internal organ: in the second case, it will be more difficult to understand what the symptoms of this inflammation are. Finally, inflammation is a kind of alarm bellthat the body makes ring in the presence of any traumatic or pathological event. It is therefore thought that the development of some chronic diseases is the result of a silent (or nearly silent) inflammatory state. We come to the actual inflammatory diet, the opinion of some doctors and the anti-inflammatory foods that can help us get better. AND FOLLOW ME ON PAGE 2 , all together, hop, hop! 🙂
