Angelina Jolie’s diet, the real one
I don’t know if you’ve ever seen the ad that talked about ” Angelina Jolie’s slimming secret “, which probably referred to a supplement or something else that had nothing to do with poor Jolie. Also because I was convinced that Jolie, who has always been thin but lately definitely too much  (she has the advantage of being a beautiful woman with a full face, but her weight loss is really excessive) was one of those people who lose weight for stress, too much work or a fast metabolism. Instead, today reading this article I discover by chance that Angelina Jolie not only went on a diet to shoot the last film (and her first as director, Unbroken, about Zamperini), but that sheshe has some bizarre food crazes that leave everyone bewildered, but that have caused her to lose a bounty. No method though. Apparently she was really determined to be skinny, and maybe she really is.
This is Jolie’s diet, from which we discover that she for example is a green tea fanatic.Â

– cook a diet soup and eat only that for days
– have particular obsessions, so for a few days he drinks liters of green tea and eats only a handful of walnuts, after three or four days he eats only red meat and drinks wine , then go back to green tea and eat eggs or chicken.
In short: Jolie takes the diet seriously, in the sense that in practice he does not eat. It is skin and bones, so while we can say that it is a diet that works, it is very much based on self-control and near-permanent fasting. I don’t envy her for all the gold in the world, believe me.
