I have now become an expert on slow metabolism, alas.

At one time I always ate around one thousand / one thousand and two hundred calories, feeling guilty if I “went off” by one hundred calories, convinced that I could not exceed the limit of one thousand and five hundred calories without gaining weight for my body and my ideal weight.

Unfortunately, even considering a thousand calories I did not lose weight (or I lost weight at the beginning and then I swelled even with a glass of water), and in the meantime I was experiencing all the effects of slow metabolism.

It is amazing to think that now I eat about a thousand extra calories a day, I am free from these conditions and I have remained as lean if not more.
