Alessandra Spisni’s diet, edited by Dr. Flachi

Alessandra Spisni, famous Bolognese “sfoglina”, cook and author of recipe books, also famous for her participation in the “La prova del cuoco” program, has been on a diet for some time, and has shown that she has lost a lot ( as well as having changed her look). So much so that the story of her weight loss is making the rounds of the web.
But what is Alessandra Spisni’s diet? It is a slimming regimen inspired by the Mediterranean diet developed by doctor Evelina Flachi, and which is inspired by her famous pentadiet, which I talked about here.

Spisni claims she eats pasta every day, fish five times a week, veal once a week, and lean chicken or pork with more freedom.

Dr. Flachi’s diet is a really smart plan , because unlike many restrictive diets it allows two days of more freedom, Wednesday and Sunday.
Below is a scheme of the diet for those who, as in the case of Alessandra Spisni’s diet, start from a certain overweight.

FLACHI DIET:

Servings:   70 of pasta or rice, 130-170 g of white meat (poultry, 2 times a week), 100 g of red meat (veal, 1 time), 200-250 g of clean fish (3 or 4 times : we have seen that Spisni also eats five), 50-70 g of cured meats (1 time), 70-100 g of fresh cheeses (1 time), 30-50 g of aged cheeses (1 time), 40 g of bread when indicated. Free vegetables.

At least 4 meals a week must be made with vegetable proteins (legumes, about 50 grams when dried or up to 200 grams when cooked. If we combine them with pasta, this drops to 30/40 grams).
Extra virgin olive oil (20 g per day), lemon, vinegar and a little salt (5-8 g per day).

Diet breakdown: light day on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday.
Normal days (with a free meal or all day free but in moderation): Wednesday and Sunday.

The three main meals are always balanced: proteins, fats and carbohydrates together with fiber and micronutrients (vitamins + minerals). The two snacks do not follow this rule, but can be of a fruit or a low-fat yogurt.

Let’s see a typical day for the light day, purely by way of example
