Adriana Volpe’s diet (and how to make one like it)

Adriana Volpe, one of the presenters of the show “I Fatti Vostri” recently spoke in an issue of the healthiest magazine about  her diet to stay in shape, or rather: her daily diet, since she has ensured not to diet low-calorie and restrictive. Basically, the famous presenter follows a very healthy and balanced diet, inspired by the Mediterranean diet but with a few more whims. So I thought I’d write an article inspired by her everyday diet, but with an eye on calories. Basically, Adriana Volpe’s diet is based on a delicious breakfast, a lunch with a carbohydrate first course and a protein dinner. In between, fruit smoothies, fruit snacks or low-fat yogurt.

Let’s see how to set up a similar, but slightly low-calorie scheme, poisoning ourselves with apps like Calorie.it and FatSecret.
The classic scheme that allows us to stay online from Monday to Saturday and then allow ourselves the freer Sunday.
Clearly this is not the diet of a doctor or a nutritionist , it is a diet that came out of an interview, nothing more, but it seems to me that it can inspire those who ask me if they can have breakfast at the bar in the morning in my opinion, or how be able to eat a nice plate of pasta for lunch and stay fit.
