Abs tool: Abdo Gain, the evil flower

The Abdo Gain was given to me a year and a half ago by a friend and I assure you that, despite having been doing the abdominals for a long time, it was not at all easy for me to balance the first few times on this evil flower , a kind of spoon seat that moves and makes you fall to the ground with each vibration. It takes a few days and is mastered to perfection, but above all it is an inexpensive and practical abdominal tool . Strangely enough, because Abdo gain is
abdogainactually simple . When you buy it there are instructions for a dozen exercises that work not only the abdominals but also the thigh muscles and partly the buttocks .

The effort is to be able to maintain the position in balance sitting on the Abdo Gain for a few tens of seconds. Once you have taken a little practice , you can also do real exercises in movement , which, having to stay in balance, are necessarily carried out with the abdominals contracted and therefore have double the effectiveness.
After two weeks and in a few minutes, this abdominal tool allows you to have an immediate effect of tension and an evident firming . However, there are disadvantages:
– Abdo Gain is more suitable for beginners or “fitness housewives” like myself, than for true sportsmen, of course but you never know. I use it in conjunction with the abdominal bench, let’s say that it has become something more in my small home gym and I think it could also be in normal gyms, perhaps for those who are beginners.

– You can keep your balance on the Abdo Gain in two ways, exactly like doing the abdominals: one by forcing the back and the cervical area, the other by leveraging the abdominals to keep in balance. It is a matter of course for those who already do sit-ups in another way. When in any abdominal exercise you have pain in the back and not in the abdominal part, it means that you are doing it wrong.. Then start a little at a time, only with the first exercises, and when you have toned your abdominals a little, it will be easier to distribute the weight there and not putting weight on your back to keep yourself in balance, or to “maintain the position”. In fact, Abdo Gain does not give any problems if you contract the abdominals and is used correctly.
