A new tool for losing weight: the k-safe
It is called K-safe (from kitchen ‘safe ), and those who have tried it swear they have lost weight thanks to this  simple but apparently ingenious tool to lose weight: it is a similar container / safe to a tupperware with “armored” closure , with a timer to be set that makes it impossible to open it until the time expires. What is it for? K-safe can be a valid tool for losing weight: we put in the food or snacks we would like to eat (it can also be kept in the fridge or pantry) and close the lid by setting a time in which the device will unlock allowing us to open it of the vessel.
Inside the k-safe we can put snacks for children, freshly baked cake, muffins, chips, and everything that constitutes a food temptation for us. Of course, sooner or later the mechanism clicks and food becomes available again , but maybe this allows us to overcome those fits in which we would eat everything, those in which after dinner we want something tasty, in short, it is a good tool to lose weight by preventing binges on those occasions that we consider dangerous and in which the temptation to eat is strong.Â
Although, in fact, those who want to lose weight should in theory follow the rule of the “clean” pantry , that is to avoid keeping food temptations at home, be they biscuits, packs of chips or ice cream (otherwise it becomes impossible to control yourself 24 hours a day without going crazy: much better not to have home this stuff …), there are many people who want to lose weight but have children at home or boyfriends who instead like to keep snacks in the pantry and have no desire to eat them at all hours (unlike us). In this case, limiting yourself with a kitchen safe is one way to cleverly overcome hunger pangs. Locking up the food.
