A new easy diet for the new year?
Good resolutions for the new year? The first and most common is undoubtedly going on a diet: yes, because there is not only to remedy the pounds gained during the holidays, which led us to have a slightly prominent and decidedly not aesthetically beautiful belly; but many of us were dragging a few extra kilos by the end of the holidays, when every diet had gone to bless by mid-September. And then I couldn’t help but write to you about this new diet, easy to do and nice, a different way to try to lose weight once and for all.
THE EASY DIET FOR YOUR NEW YEAR
This new diet is based on three concepts, easier than that.
1) Eat what keeps you healthy: less fat, fewer refined foods, fewer high-calorie foods, more fruits and vegetables.
2) Eat what does not contribute to polluting the environment: no industrial foods, foods covered with plastics and packaging. Try to make a difference for the planet with your food choices. This will make you feel much better, you will feel like you are feeding yourself, and not getting dirty and dirty.
3) Eat what will make others feel better too, understood as our future: eat natural and common food, mostly vegetable-based, reducing animal proteins, for example, to a third of what you currently eat. Reduce waste: buy the salad head and not the chemically washed and ready-made salad bags.
This new diet has a name: it’s called the Small Planet Diet , and it was developed by Frances Moore Lappé.
The three rules above can be observed simply by eating more fruits, vegetables, legumes, nuts and seeds, as well as whole grains, converting to whole grains, eliminating artificial sugars, reducing animal proteins, cooking meals at home and reducing food waste to a minimum.
In short, it is not a diet with prescriptions, but a diet similar to the Eat Clean philosophy, that is to eat healthy and natural (as much as possible), not only for us, but also to educate our children and grandchildren and safeguard the planet. . This allows us to become aware consumers. And thin.
