Here I propose again the ranking of the most effective diets of Altroconsumo , updated last year, because it is useful for those who want to orient themselves by choosing a diet but not knowing what to do (the one that your friend is doing ?, the diet read in the magazine on the beach?) sea of information that can be found on the net. My advice remains one : change your lifestyle instead of going on a diet and in any case contact not the guru, the personal trainer, the behavioral psychologist, but the dietician .
EFFECTIVE DIETS ACCORDING TO ANOTHER CONSUMPTION
