A day of intestinal rest diet by Dr. Pier Luigi Rossi

A day of intestinal rest diet by Dr. Pier Luigi Rossi , to make peace with our intestines and deflate us, but above all to recover from a period of binges and to learn about the dietary method of Dr. Rossi, a specialist in Nutrition Sciences who has developed a method at the base of the famous Social Diet and that you can find in his two books: From Calories to Molecules and Know Your Body, Choose Your Food (Aboca).

I recommend you try a diet day according to Dr. Rossi’s advice ( source ), and then deepen his method by reading his books or participating in the Social Diet path .
