A day of Dr. Migliaccio’s diet
A day of low-calorie diet, but not too restrictive, to compensate for a day that is a little too free, like a Sunday or another particular day.
Or, again, a day of a restrictive low-calorie diet (of only 850 calories), to balance a day in which we ate much too much but on the other hand we do not want to fast the next day.
In this article I present to you two schemes to stay on a one-day diet by Professor Pietro Migliaccio , famous dietician and nutritionist who passed away recently, as well as former president of the Italian Society of Nutrition Science .
One day of a moderately low-calorie diet (about 1300/1400 Kcal) and one day of a strictly low-calorie diet (850 Kcal).
