A day of diet to deflate
Sometimes you need to diet only one day, in view of an important dinner, because we have gone too far or because we feel too heavy. In this case I propose the soup diet, a dietary regime that allows you to do just one day of diet with the aim of deflating yourself, reducing in particular the heaviness of the stomach and maybe immediately losing the extra pound caused by a eaten unscheduled!
A DIET DAY TO DEFLATE

Breakfast: A fennel tea + a porridge made with 30 grams of flaked oats boiled in 150 ml in water, two and a half tablespoons of dehydrated red fruits and a teaspoon of honey .Â
Snack:Â a white or Greek low-fat yogurt with fresh or dried fruit (4-5 almonds or walnuts)
Lunch: vegetable cream with leeks, courgettes and carrots: boil 100 g of each vegetable in a cup and a half of vegetable broth and pass the mixture with a tablespoon of raw oil .
Snack: a white or Greek white yogurt with a fresh fruit in pieces or with 200 gr of berries
Dinner:a vegetable cream with 200 g of potatoes, 100 g of cauliflower, 100 g of spinach, 200 g of pumpkin (same procedure as the previous one).
