Is there a solution for acne?

Good evening, I am almost 26 years old and after years and years I find myself fighting with localized acne as well as on the face and on the shoulders. I performed an ecopelvic about 3 years ago where an ovary with a micropolicistic attitude was noted. I took the birth control pill for about a year and then stopped it for the headache and nausea it caused me despite being on a very low dose. Now for a year I have been under the care of a dermatologist who has not yet found a solution to my case if not a slight improvement thanks to creams that help me as long as I use them. How can I behave and what can you advise me? Thank you in advance with the hope of being able to resolve this situation. See you later.
