How to open a yoga and holistic massage center?

Hello, I have a question to ask, because we cannot get clear answers on the matter and we do not know how to proceed. We are an association that organizes Yoga , meditation courses etc. but, having to change location, we wanted to put together our skills in the field of holistic massages and open a center in which to do both yoga and various courses, as well as holistic massages and ayurveda. We are four people and among us there is also a beautician, (it is not clear to us if it is still possible to have massages, if not aesthetic and therapeutic, without there being a beautician). We tried asking several accountants, but it all seems very confusing and no one giving us clear answers. We had also identified a space and after hearing various opinions we had thought about holding a yoga association and starting a massage company. We were in town to ask and they told us that the association and the beautician must have separate entrances (which obviously the space we had found did not have). That the company cannot be done, because all the partners should have all the same requirements, so they should all be beauticians. So???? We are full stop and no one can tell us how we can do it. If you remain an association in the new office, you can do the holistic treatments for a fee, as long as you invoice the professional directly to the client then the association does not have to collect anything from the member, the therapist will then pay a rent to the association. If, on the other hand, you have a beautician and the premises respond to ASL requests, you can open a SPA with the beautician in charge of the center, the other therapists therefore work thanks to the beautician’s diploma, otherwise the simplest way but it doesn’t seem like your case to me is to open a professional studio in this case it is not on the street but in the apartment in this case it is a private residence no authorizations are needed but only the VAT number.
