What foods to include in a gluten-free diet to lose weight?
I am not celiac, but a little while ago I followed a TV show in which they said that by replacing wheat with other foods you can lose weight even 7 kilos in a month! … What foods are they?

Dear Aurora, gluten should be reduced in everyone’s daily “diet” for purely healthy and not so much aesthetic purposes. If she is not celiac , however, I would say that eliminating wheat completely and clearly is counterproductive. In fact, its total abstention could create serious problems over time as wheat is used everywhere in a way that is not always controllable (in packaged and industrial preparations, but also organic, in restaurants, bars, etc.). Gluten often hides behind other not always recognizable words. I would say that it can significantly reduce it in favor of “primary” cereals which are rice , buckwheat , quinoa ,for example. Now easily available everywhere. However, remember that to get the maximum benefit from this diet, they must still be consumed whole or at least whole seeds. The use of these cereals, as already mentioned above, must not be aimed solely at weight loss, but linked instead to a healthier aspect. In fact, gluten develops numerous problems within our body. I recommend that you read the book “the food that crosses my mind”, out on Amazon. In any case, the only reduction of cereals that contain gluten is not the only way to help the body to “deflate”, correct other incorrect situations in its diet (if there were any). Review the amount of protein and other sugars, and food combinations during meals. They are often underestimated as they are important. I hope I have answered his question. Best regards dear Aurora Cinzia Zedda
