How to cure sore throat and rising and falling temperature?

I have a sore throat since Friday and am taking Allium cepa . From 3 to 6 in the afternoon my temperature drops to 35.1 then goes back up as it dropped. From today I also started taking Kalium bichromicum as the mucus is changing to yellow and not just transparent anymore. What else can I do?
