What herbal teas and natural remedies can I use for anxiety?
Good afternoon, being a lover of natural cures, I would like to ask in particular for states of anxiety, which is the most effective product between herbal teas, mother tinctures or essential oils. Also I would like to know if the length of the infusion time can affect the benefits. They gave me an infusion with lavender flowers, mallow chamomile and rooibos, but I know that only chamomile and lavender help with anxiety (the other two have more anti-inflammatory effects). Would you give me some advice on what to choose as a product mix? Thank you very much for your valuable reply. Good continuation and congratulations on the site. Cristina

Passion flower herbal teas can be helpful

Dear Cristina, magnesium is a natural element that helps us, and a lot, for states of anxiety. Where to find magnesium? Nuts, nettle and legume infusion. The infusion of nettle could take it in the morning, along with a few nuts. Legumes use them to replace dishes for lunch and dinner, 2-3 times a week. Instead of meat (remembering that you never eat more than 3 portions of meat a week) or pasta. There are also excellent gymnastics (or rather “non-gymnastics”) that act on the energy meridians to fight and above all prevent anxiety, a few minutes in the morning, as well as acupressure on some points of the Ren Mai meridian (anterior axis of the body), I can provide a short paper from our Center that illustrates them. Visit also our facebook pages: centroitalianobioenergetica or write to me for these tips at: info@centroitalianobioenergetica.it. Greetings Dr. Giorgio Bianciardi

Hi Cristina, as essential oils I recommend: Orange essential oil, frankincense essential oil, sandalwood essential oil, geranium essential oil, lavender and Ylang Ylang essential oil to combine with magnesium and above all with relaxatio
