How to reduce acne scars?

Good afternoon, I follow your site and your invaluable advice a lot and wanted to ask what a good natural remedy could be to soften and smooth atrophic acne scars. In particular I have small holes in my left cheek fortunately not very visible that look like enlarged pores a little bigger. What do you recommend to reduce them and to improve the texture of the skin so as to make it smoother? Thank you!
