In this guide dedicated to Horizon Forbidden West , we will show you where to find all six Signal Lenses that you will need for the secondary mission (or rather, the Commission ) called “Signals from the Sun” . This commission is one of the first you will encounter in the game, in the long and narrow zone (the Fear) before entering the real Forbidden West.

Signals from the sun: where to find the 6 Signal Lenses in Horizon Forbidden West

First, know that you will be able to recover some of the lenses even before accepting the commission , so if you are in the areas of the exploration towers, do not hesitate to climb them, as you could avoid a lot of backtracking. The commission will be assigned to you by an Oseram girl named Raynah , and to meet her you will have to accept the secondary mission that is on the road just north of arid light (the one that leads to a small lake, to understand).

You will find a Carja watchman grappling with a corpse in the middle of the path, talk to him and start climbing up to reach the top. To be able to talk to Raynah, you must first eliminate all machines present. Your task will be to give her all the Signal Lenses you will find; if you don’t have all 6 immediately, you will meet the Oseram in Arid Light to end up giving them to him when you have them. But where do we find them?

1: Lens of Dawn

You can find it at the northeast end of the awe, near the area where the Oseram mine is located. Just climb the tower to the top and collect it.

2: Lens of the Morning

You can retrieve it by climbing the Carja Signal Tower to the north-east of Aspracatena.

3: Lens of the South

To find it, climb to the top of the Signal Tower east of Aspracatena. Cross the river heading straight east to find it facing you, looking up.

4: Afternoon lens

The Signal Tower where you can collect it is located southwest of Aspracatena. To reach the tower, however, you will also have to undertake the secondary mission “The Path of Twilight” , as the area will not be accessible until the peaceful Carja of Shadows give you permission to pass. Climb up to the area where you can avoid or kill the cars. Once through, talk to Savohar, then climb the tower to the top. When you collect the heart of the Stormwatcher, search on the ground (where the antenna should have been) to find the Afternoon Lens. Be sure to do this to avoid tedious backtracking.

5: Sunset Lens

Climb to the top of the Carja Signal Tower located east of Luce Arida. To reach the tower you will have to take the long loop, passing through the east end of the Timore, follow the path.

6: Evening lens

To get it you will have to climb the Signal Tower which is located north of Arid Light. This is the Lens that Raynah was trying to recover. To do this you will still have to talk to her first, so follow the instructions to reach her, and then climb to the top of the tower which is right there in front of her.

Prize

After getting all the lenses, you can talk to Raynah who will give you 1 bronze ingot and 2 green lights, which are useful for upgrading your weapons.
