Super metabolism diet recipes
I’ve already talked about H. Pomroy’s super metabolism diet , a 28-day regimen divided into three phases per week.
The first phase of carbohydrates and sugars, the second of lean proteins and vegetables, the third of carbohydrates, proteins and some fats.
Well, to know more read the book, but to know what to eat without starving, I recommend some blogs of recipes for the super metabolism diet and even a group on facebook.
Some recipes are really tasty: whoever wrote them, adapting the recipes from the book or from the Pomroy website or inventing them, did a good job. Despite some perplexities, the super metabolism diet is in my opinion excellent for losing a few pounds, but without indulging in jerks.

In addition to a facebook group called FMD IT support group, I refer you to the blogs Chez Entity , Dietadelsupermetabolismo.it , and Il C alderone di Marinella . In foreign blogs, the recipes become more difficult but tasty due to some ingredients that we may not find on the market in Italy.
However, they are always good ideas to draw from.

But if you know these sites well and want to have something to keep under hand, then I recommend the book ” The recipes of the supermetabolism diet “, a complete book that contains a summary of the diet and many healthy recipes to vary it and which apparently collects great reviews.
