How to get fat with the fat burning diet
I have often been asked how it is possible to gain, and not lose, weight . I have been fighting for a few years against my husband’s structural thinness, so I can give you my opinion on how I managed to make him gain seven kilos after a period of wasting, taking into account that if you are subjects who tend to lose weight, the control of weight must be assiduous, and also physical activity . It is wrong to think that those who have to gain weight should not waste energy: on the contrary, to ensure that they have a harmonious weight gain, it is necessary to do sports that sculpt the body allowing you to put on mass, for example by using weights in moderation. Muscles sculpt our body both when we want to lose weight and when we are skin and bones.
The diet must be rich in carbohydrates, but not junk, nor excessively fat. There is no point in gorging on fat or fatty things in an attempt to gain weight. Nutrition must be increased gradually and uniformly: you should not binge out of the blue, but eat more a little at a time. With these tricks (do not gorge, do not eat too much fat or too much protein, gradually increase the load per meal, focus on medium / high glycemic index foods in balanced meals and work out in the gym) you can buy three kilos a month. The ideal would be to make a diet gradually richer , and absolutely do the gym.
A sweet breakfast, for lunch a first course with a second course, side dish and fruit, for dinner a second course with side dish, bread, fruit and dessert, mid-morning energy snacks.
I’ll give you an example : for breakfast, coffee with milk, honey, wholemeal bread, butter and jam or alternatively coffee, orange juice and a nice slice of tart with jam (page two follows).
