Do you love fudge? If you know them, you will certainly have Nigella’s version present: impossible to resist, but it is also a low blow to your figure and health. I took this Nigella chocolate fudge recipe making some small variations to make it easier to prepare and a little lighter, in short, I degreased it. The recipe is very easy and quick, the ingredients can be easily mixed together. Here’s what you need to make these fudge, which provide 55 calories per serving.
Ingrediants
- For 20 fudge:
- 125 gr. of sweetened condensed milk (400 cal)
- 50 gr. of fresh cream without sugar (150 cal)
- a grated 200 gr apple (70 cal)
- 60 gr. bitter cocoa (192 cal)
- 60 gr. dark chocolate (309 cal)
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate by putting it in a saucepan with the condensed milk and cream. Turn off and add the grated apple and cocoa. It must be a very thick and buttery mixture. Take a square pan, more or less than 20 cm per side, lined with parchment paper, and pour the mixture into it, leveling it with a spoon. Put in the freezer for one / two hours and in the fridge for an hour: then take out the pan, cut the fudge into cubes, until you get twenty cubes. Spover them with unsweetened cocoa and serve cold.
- The extra idea: in addition to the unsweetened cocoa, add a little pink salt to sprinkle your fudge.
