The 3-day diet, from Monday to Wednesday

To me, a 3-day diet, if it’s healthy and balanced, doesn’t seem like a bad idea to always stay in shape : all people apparently are in the mood for big dietary sacrifices the first days of the week, when, after eating a a little more on Saturdays and Sundays, after going out on Friday evening and having dinner with friends on Thursday (which many “celebrate” as a pre-weekend) have these three gray and clerical days, in which they return to work, they can’t be late at night, they yearn for the weekend to breathe.

At that point, in the midst of so much stress, what do you want to add to the diet from Monday to Wednesday?
Furthermore, balancing between the lean days , the normal ones (on Thursdays and Fridays you don’t eat as if you haven’t seen food for years) and two rather free ones, if we sum up you also lose something in terms of excess kilos. And there are no contraindications. So I recommend it, at least as a method. It all comes down to finding a good 3 day diet. I chose this one, with calories that do not exceed one thousand and one hundred per day.
