Fish in the diet

Fish in the diet

fish proteinIn an American television report, a doctor, Dr. Tom Rifai, is interviewed in a supermarket and literally shows which foods to choose if you want to lose weight immediately. Given that there are no foods capable of making you lose weight on their own, it is right, however, to focus on a choice of intelligent foods when you are on a diet.
Too bad that in the service we only talk about two foods, fish and meat .
I’ve decided I’ll take care of the fish. Some time ago I worked for a dietician who based his weight loss diet on stimulating the thyroid gland with some key foods, such as fish and iodized salt. In fact, this dietician argued that there was no need for a low-calorie diet if the fish was eaten often. Fish, in particular salmon and mackerel, but also blue fish, is in fact rich in iodine, therefore it stimulates the thyroid gland and promotes weight loss. We prefer sea fish to lake fish, and eat them frequently, even four times a week. In fact, no connections have yet been discovered between a high consumption of fish and health risks, unlike meat, cheese and eggs .
Increasing the consumption of proteins and reducing carbohydrates also stimulates the metabolism and nourishes the muscles. It is in fact established that a greater consumption of protein in the diet raises the metabolism by up to two hundred calories. So what to do if too much animal protein is bad for us? Bet on fish.
