Digestive diet by dr Pierluigi Rossi to lose 2 kg in 7 days
An intestinal and digestive diet to lose 2 kg in 7 days proposed by the famous doctor Pier Luigi Rossi, nutritionist and inventor of the molecular method for losing weight. A method that is also the basis of the famous Social Diet.
Dr. Pierluigi Rossi’s dietary method to rest the intestines contains a series of tips to follow for seven days, in order to purify oneself in anticipation of the holidays that await us this winter.
Ideal for reducing the symptoms of bloating, constipation, diarrhea, gluten sensitivity, celiac disease, impaired intestinal absorption, this diet can make us lose one to two kilos a week. Particularly if we suffer from constipation and bloating, the digestive diet has a rapid deflating effect.
This same diet can also be done after the holidays between Christmas and Epiphany, in order to purify ourselves of all the extra food we have eaten. Clearly of the pounds lost, some of it is from swelling and water retention.
WHAT IS THE DIGESTIVE DIET?
It is a detoxifying and purifying food plan that improves digestion and relieves all intestinal fatigue that we endure with particular reference to enzymatic digestion. If we eat too much, digestion becomes more complicated and leads to problems such as swelling and irregularity, but also poor absorption of nutrients which causes us to feel heavy and fat.
THE RULES OF THE DIGESTIVE DIET TO LOSE 2 KG IN 7 DAYS.

And for vegetables, you have to eat them both raw and cooked for every meal, in a food scheme that I can summarize on page two. ( CONTINUED ON PAGE TWO )
