How to lose weight by eating eggs
In an article I found it as an “egg diet”, but in fact it is not a diet, but a trick to lose weight that is not as harmful to health as one might think at the beginning : according to many researches that have caused a sensation in recent years, eating eggs makes you lose weight. You will say? But how? Does the egg contain no cholesterol? The answer of course yes: the egg is a food with a high cholesterol content. The question is whether this food raises blood cholesterol or not.
Well, hold on tight: from many sides (authoritative)this direct link between eggs and hypercholesterolemia is denied, it being understood that a diet rich in fat continues to be dangerous and inadvisable. But eating eggs not only would not promote the increase in cholesterolemia, it would even lose weight, especially if eggs are consumed for breakfast and balanced meals: egg has the right percentage of top quality animal proteins and good fats (oleic acid) , speeds up the metabolism and helps to keep blood sugar under control in a meal with carbohydrates, because it lowers the glycemic load. In a 2008 study , people who ate two eggs for breakfast lost 65 percent more weight than those who ate regular breakfasts. Eating eggs not only does not hurt, it is even good especially if we want to lose weight and our protein profile leaves something to be desired: if we increase the consumption of eggs and fish instead of meat and dairy cheeses, turning these foods out of the way to avoid eating cheese and salami or meat every day but by making us the one-time egg, our body weight would be better, and cholesterol would not be as high as we suppose.
This does not mean starting to eat omelettes every day, but consuming eggs more frequently without demonizing them too much.
