3-day detox diet by dr. Oz for the holidays

 

Dr. Oz for the holidays has launched a small challenge: have a three-day diet based on vegetable soups, hot and tasty, but of quality. This way you will lose weight or remedy the Christmas binges.

To do this, the famous doctor who knows a lot about diets having his team of nutritionists for the famous Dr. Oz show has developed a detox diet of only three days.

We can do it in the three days before the holidays, from 21 to 23 December as he recommends, but I propose to do it also on the days of 27, 28 and 29. The reason? We are fed up with food for the first three days of the holiday season and are naturally more motivated to lose a little belly and the pounds of bingeing.

But let’s get to the diet. We lose 1 to 3 kilos, depending on how much we have previously eaten.
